The summer time is approaching and we are all striving for that healthy skin glow. There are so many healthy habits you can implement into your skincare routine. I have spent the past few months working on repairing my skin so it can be bright and clear. How amazing would it be to go bare faced no makeup and have a golden glow! When it comes to having healthy skin, we don’t realize we actually do a lot to contribute to our BAD skin! In this video i give you guys my top tips for getting great skin!

These bad skincare habits can easily be changed with a few simple steps! Here is a summary of all the tips covered in the video!

  1. Wash your hands often and constantly sanitize
  2. Try a detox to flush out and purify your body internally!
  3. Reduce your sugar intake! There are plenty of natural alternatives that don’t spike your insulin! My go to is always Stevia or Truvia
  4. Eat healthy fats! Avocados, flaxseeds.
  5. Try cooking with coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Drink water! We are daily supposed to be drinking half our body weight in liquid a day!
  7. Clean your phone, iPad and all tech with sanitizer!
  8. Use oil to remove makeup before bed. I love to use coconut oil
  9. After cleansing your skin , follow up with a toner to restore your skin’s natural ph.
  10. Tie your hair up before bed to avoid the oils from your hair getting on your face while you sleep!
  11. Try downward dog and other upside down yoga poses to allow the blood to circulate to your face!
